Variants:

The 2022 Toyota Glanza is available in four petrol variants including E, S, G, V, and two CNG variants - S and G.

Market introduction:

The new Toyota Glanza was launched in India on 15 March, 2022 while the CNG S and G variants were launched on 9 November 2022. 

Engine and specification:

The refreshed Toyota Glanza is powered by a 1.2-litre, four-cylinder, dual VVT petrol engine that produces 89bhp and 113Nm of torque. The E-CNG engine churns out 76bhp and 98.5Nm of torque with a fuel efficiency of 30.61km/kg. The petrol engine is paired to a five-speed manual unit and an AMT unit while the E-CNG variant restricts only to five-speed manual transmission. 

Exterior design:

On the outside, the new Toyota Glanza gets a new single slat grille, new LED projector headlamps with L-shaped LED DRLs, new front and rear bumpers, new 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, and split LED tail lights.

Interior and features:

The interiors of the Toyota Glanza facelift come equipped with a Heads-Up Display (HUD), a 360-degree camera, a nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, cruise control, automatic climate control, a dual-tone dashboard, rear AC vents, a height-adjustable driver seat, and an Arkamys-sourced music system. Safety features on the model include six airbags, ABS with EBD, ESP, rear parking sensors, a speed alert system, and a seat-belt reminder system.

Colours:

The Toyota Glanza facelift is offered in five colours including Insta Blue, Gaming Grey, Enticing Silver, Sportin Red, and Cafe White.

Seating capacity:

The 2022 Toyota Glanza has a seating capacity of five occupants.

The Toyota Glanza rivals the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Hyundai i20, Volkswagen Polo, Tata Altroz, and the Honda Jazz.
